    Well 5 mill is meant to be taken up by sophisticated investors/institutions and they may get 2 mill max from the 10.8 so they will have 7 mill all up
    Simple they will pay the loans off and still have 5 mill plus to go in LIMP MODE
    How long will 5 mill take to vanish on MEIR wage
    That’s what will happen if CR not fully taken up
    •PAY LOANS OFF
    •GET RID OF ALL STAFF
    •TRY FIND SOMEONE TO FUND SAS
    •MEIR ONLY ONE ON THE BOOKS GETTING PAID
    •SUCK REMAINING FUNDS DRY INTO HIS ACCOUNT
