SAS Possible Disallowed from 0.5c, page-73

This is a good question (I'll take it on face value, and not accuse you of being a troll). As far as I know, contracts were signed for Gomspace to start building Pearls. As I understand it, SAS failed to make the required stage payments, so Gomspace did not complete any Pearls. I do not know if there are any part-built Pearls, and if there are, if they are any use given that Meir Moalem has moved the goal posts. As far as I know, SAS has not "given Gomspace a heap of SAS (ie SAS shareholder!) money".
I'd like to be corrected, but the little info I have suggests that Gomspace has been non-trivially negatively impacted by its dealings with SAS. I'm not sure whether Gomspace hired extra staff in anticipation of the SAS build, but AFAIK Gomspace staff have been laid off because SAS failed to pay the bills as and when they fell due (a requirement of solvency).
