SAS Possible Disallowed from 0.5c, page-74

The payments as I understand were for the CDR of the Pearls and even those payments were late. Then SAS did a u-turn and scrapped the Pearls all together to the 6U's. The 6U's have not yet even seen a CDR let alone began construction. And after the last missed payment you can gurantee Gomspace won't be starting anything unless they know SAS have the cash and would probably involve a large up front payment.
I just find it interesting that the 6U's concept has been in place for what, 8 months? Why don't we yet know how much they will cost. What has Meir been doing all this time other than asking for more money? How can he expect the money they need without providing a complete cost breakdown?
