Just out of curiosity. What would trigger the price to rise to 24/25c?

Contracts don't seem to be doing it.

$30mill Beeptool Contract did not alter the SP price.
Paratus Trial (A telco! - I concede not a contract) has not budged the price.

To me a sophisticated or institutional investor has the same effect as a CR. Both options would be dilutive in nature.

Only a partnership with revenue share would be non-dilutive.

So realistically a CR would be done at this price. And discount given at 15c. I hate to say it. It is why I called for a CR months ago.
