You simply need one IDIOT called the Minister for Resources at the Federal Govt to be able to ;

1) expropriate ANY asset held in Australia by ANY company originating from the source of the 'scam'

2) Have that IDIOT Mnister then pull the trigger on the foreign company's investment in Australia ie sell it

3) Compensate scammed Australian investors with the proceeds from 2 above.

This is the only way to deal with scammers..
