    If a duster CLON will not be issuing the contracted €8.7m worth of presently unissued CLON shares to WG.

    Meeting is simply to gain Authority to increase the number of Unissued stock allowed to be issued by the board. As presently insufficient unissued stock remains to allow fulfilling the WG contract on commercial gas discovery.

    Of course, the SP at the time of issuing €8.7m max value of unissued stock will decide actual stock numbers.
