Double blinded trials can't be stopped early due to "overwhelming signs" of significance as the efficacy data is unknown until all have been through the treatment and then the data becomes known. Based on what ive seen before, it could be a legitimate pause (blame COVID), could be drug supply issues (another pause), pure lack of volunteers, or that the safety monitoring board have seen something in the blood work which warrants halting the trial. i don't think any scenario is a positive. If its just a legit pause, fine, but its still a negative. The IR in this co is absolutely woeful. Be very interesting come AGM time. PR is in for a rough day
