yeah, and PAR definitely want all the data... they wont stop it short for good efficacy at all...
i don't think that means it's bad either....of course, my guess only... but, they haven't stopped for good reasons... even if they've stopped to pivot in a different direction (like geographical locations or sites), then there will still be some form of negative aspect... i.e. why now, why not planned that way in advance etc..
i strongly believe it will be for good directional changes...and justified reasoning... but, still leads to possibly poor planning in the beginning...
