If a trial which they (PAR) have portrayed as critical has indeed been halted (for any reason) and that the timeframes of expectations has materially shifted, then that would be a breach. The trial participants (if this is indeed true), and of which a few appear to be shareholders seem to know more than the market which may allow them to trade on that information. Even a change in protocols (from 2 doses to 1) should be diaclosed. People need to stop giving the benefit of the doubt. if there are serious questions being raised, they need to be answered by the company, or ASIC will. These "revelations" if true, they're not just small breaches. I'm not saying any of this is legit, but as they say... "where there is smoke....." IMO
