few issues that come to mind:
-CR for his insto mates at discounted share price
-material slip ups in investor presentations (which the market had not yet been informed)
-changes in key management personnel which were casually slipped to the market
-quarterly targets in their control are not always met
-taking on additional responsibility - board member of another listed (not necessarily a bad thing)
im not saying it’s all his fault but it’s hard to not argue why there needs to be a segregation of the roles - PR can’t operate the ship and act in the shareholders best interest, that is clear
