It would be interesting to know what or how much VIC actually owns of SAT. The SAT arrangement seemed to consist of an agreement between SAT and the mining co-operatives who operated the tin mines by the miners.
At least that is the impression I had of the arrangement. Now whether the agreement between SAT and the mining co-operatives really would stack up still is an interesting question in my opinion. After all SAT was pushed aside and nothing was done to maintain any real conversation with the mining co-operatives so far as I can see.
I think all this talk about picking up again in Bolivia is just that. Talk. Words to provide a smoke screen to cover that management have not really got a plan ahead at the moment and are just using the renewed interest in mining generally to pretend they are going to re-invent the company again.
Perhaps if they put those running shoes on we could track their actual movemnets
