    Well, if I recall correctly, Japan went to zero rates in 1999, and that went so well, they went to negative rates in 2016. The Nikkei 225 at the end of 1999 was around 18,934, and it closed yesterday around 20,388, so an increase with all that free money of 1454 points, or around 7.13 pct thereabouts...
