as i said, the resumption of more normal trading volumes next week should provide us with a better gauge of the quality of the rally we have seen in the u.s.
in all honesty, i'm not sure about this being an orchestrated correction to allow banks, etc to buy stocks on the cheap. if that were the case, wouldn't the volume on the leg up be stronger than it has been? institutional net buying hasn't highlighted a dramatic increase in net buying?
please note that i am not being critical of your post - i am just saying that i'm really not sure yet were we're heading in the near term. thu, would love to see the end of this correction - be that a higher low or a retest.
