Still think worst case , SSH will do a rights issue 1 for 5 @ even $1.20 to give us $7 million for an extra quarter , if we get expedited approval and NUB 1 issue price can be 1 for 10 @ $2 for $7 million , has to be in February if nothig better offer turns up?
