understood. it will minimise dilution for current holders but you will have a much higher outstanding shares and you will only gain a minimal amount. I doubt they will take this route.
someone is forcing the company's hand with the low share price. the company needs to move the uncertainty away as soon as possible. the doubts surrounding the company isnt helping shareholders.
I dont know how much more we will fall. no matter how low u buy this slides further.
