This is not hard luck story nor the company was facing unforseen headwinds, this is simply the failure caused by incompetence leadership and management.
No one else to blame except the inept Board and Management.
No business nous, no strategy and run by technocrat with ZERO business experience.
The way they raised the $15 m and the intended measly $2 m raise from retail holders at $1.20 per share when the prevailing SP was $0.90 say it all
I won't trust these people to run the primary school canteen.
