Can anyone give me a definitive explanation of this please? I get two different answers on two websites, one is the ATO where I have put information into a Calculator for this purpose and the other, is from the Taxpayers Australia Ltd. They appear to be in conflict. My accountant is trying to resolve this as we do not wish to be making a claim not permitted but there is some very confusing messages out there.
Just who is entitled to this Offset?
