Assume 65% of them sold during this week (65)plus 20% of the properties passed in on vendor bids (34) plus the 502 that sold equals a total number of properties sold 601. Out of 773 listings its a clearance rate of approx 77.75%.
Sometimes you need to make your own assumptions and not rely on the crap we read. Its called using logic and common sense.
