Most of us are simply expressing an opinion. As I recently mentioned I have just sold my home in WA based on my opinion that it's a good time to cash up and leave. I could be wrong, after all it's just an opinion. The article in the W. Australian today seems to reinforce the timing. 'Prices crash as buyers disappear'.
I can imagine how stressful it would feel to still be holding the parcel after the music stops, especially to anyone carrying debt.
