Winter's here, its cold and gloomy outside and interest rates are on the rise. The lack of sun coincides with the lack of optimism. The spruiker's on here have changed their position's from buy to hold and are busy defending property prices, a far cry from the midst of summer when everyone's chirpy and juiced up on positivity and willing to pay more for thing's they want and forgetting about what they can really afford.
Reality bites and those that over-extended themselves are in for a long, interest-paying winter.
