    alot will depend on market sentiment regarding america, corona virus numbers and and the saudi/russia price war. We know the meeting has been extended to thursday, how that will affect prices i honestly have no idea. A push higher, retracing low throughout the day does sound plausible given we are still in a bear market as per @Aquagem
