Great stuff. Just read my post of last week on exactly this. That to allow peace in the middle east would send the local populations of the Countries such as S.Arabia, Syria etc, back to navel gazing and soon expose the corruption within their own state governments. It is in the Arab Country interest to keep the Palestinian/Israel conflict on the boil. They could easily fix it themselves - but do not want to. Palestinians are not even seen as 3rd class citizens by their Arab brothers. Israel has done more for Palestine than the rest of the Arab Middle Eastern collective put together
