Still in the desert and just for fun I remember stumbling on this a long time ago ..trippy concept from a boutique New York architecural company...someone else may have posted this in the past...

Conceptual video animation of 40km worth of flexible DSC in the Dubai desert... I guess the fact that at least a couple of architects knew in 2010 that dsc didn't have to be flat and face the sun directly to beat silicon on power efficiency is noteworthy (especially in higher temps)...
