I remember watching a home made video a couple of years ago about a kiwi surfer who was fatally stung by man of war jellyfish while night diving.
As he was been driven to hospital unable to move he remembered the lords prayer from his childhood sunday school days and said it to himself.
He was pronounced dead on arrival to hospital but can remember going to a very dark and crowded place where he was told to be quiet and his hands were just going straight through himself when trying to touch his body.
He was then transported by light to a place he realised was his mum's farm in NZ and asked by a man he couldn't quite see because the light around him was so bright if he was ready to leave the people that he loved.
Although the place that he was now at was so beautiful
he said he wasn't ready because he hadn't said goodbye to his loved ones.
He woke up on a table in the morgue with a guy about to make an incision in his toe, he couldn't move and could only open one eye but luckily this guy noticed his eye was open and realised he was still alive.
On the plane back to NZ while lisening to music through headphones he heard someone calling his name and asking him to help people that were struggling with life.
He has since devoted his life to helping young people struggling with all sorts of problems.
Was an amazing video and changed my life for the better.
