    Shareholder Comment: Regarding the last comments, have you considered raising capital on stock exchanges more favourable in working in the region or who are in the region. I was in Dubai earlier this year and they were raving about the Saudi Stock exchange. Funds from these groups/regions are less likely to suffer from the "chicken littles" everytime something political pops up as they are used to it etc. Maybe China or Russia?

    Union Resources Reply: I think that most of the funds will come from the region, which have enjoyed bouyant oil prices of recent time, so the financial markets in the area are under consideration.
