Once ESG beats the previous high of 45 cents IMHO should fly trying to reach the blue sky. Same momentum required atleast for another one week for this to happen. The earliest certification expected is by the middle of this year. I am not sure if there is any leakage of info to suggest this could happen earlier than that which may be a reason for the recent high volume in this stock.
I hold and am prepared to wait.
