Hi all, I am new to FMS and have joined the bandwagon. I was keen to buy a junior iron ore company and landed myself here...lol
I have read up very quickly on this company and feel it has potential. Sometimes, when the Board is quiet, it could only mean that they are procrastinating or something major or a deal is going on...as this is considered a cents share, I don't mind make a small punt on it.
My positive view on mining stems from the fact that the AUD has dropped 10% or so recently, meaning that iron ore is much more competitive in terms of pricing on the world stage. The latest RBA outlook says no short term interest rate movement, so the conditions are/have stabilised. All this leads to confidence for large insto's or bigger players to do a deal or to consolidate...and if u count how many small cap mining companies are sitting on iron ore deposits, then certainly FMS is attractive.
My 2 cents...well, actually, my many 3 cents worth...
If the SP erodes tmrw, I am doubling up...
