Just sentiment towards property trusts I think, particularly those in the US such as MDT. Gearing and valuations are also a factor as is the $ exchange rate. But on the positive side MDT has long term leases. There will be volatility up and down in this market but Im staying until it gets to above a dollar again- unless it goes broke like cnp ha ha. This is wrong thread so I better reafirm my positivity for FDL.
