The next capital raising will reveal who wants VMS IMO.
I am just waiting on the bargains too. I think that we can pick some shares up closer to 40c or slightly less and hopefully in better numbers. Liquidity has always been an issue for this stock, not enought sellers so it is hard to get into it in decent numbers.
