As long as the price is right, I have no problems with a takeover of VMS. I've posted before that I think it is a bit premature to start closely monitoring the top 20 list but that situation will change as the next two zones are JORCed over the coming months.
In the meantime, the shareprice has drifted lower. By Tuesday, new shares from the exercised oppies will be hitting the market and I will be looking for bargains. The technicals for VMS show a very clear uptrend and I intend to be buying on any short term weakness.
