Occam, The emphasis on the MOU being placed by yourself and others here is what I will refer to as overestimating,
Facts are historically more MOUs lead to nothing than the ones that make it to contract.
I have held shares in many companies where MOUs have led to nothing.
I believe the market in general has this view on ICN based purely on the SP.
If memory serves my well Woodside has a 20 billion dollar gas supply MOU fail
a few months ago and Woodside has plenty of LNG gas.
The market in general rarely gets it wrong and in this occasion I believe the market has got it right.
The glass is not half anything I trade on fact and experience.
With one of the Macs resigning I think there is far more to it than we know.
Time will tell and I hope all goes to plan and everyone makes a scullion out of this, but I have my doubts and time and again I have been correct when it comes to ICN
