don't think so dan, think people are under estimating management and how valuable an MOU can be. ICN now has a customer unlike most other junior companies. I think its smart to have a signed MOU, with a keen customer, before you start spending a tonne of share holders money on drilling and flow rates etc...
patience will be rewarded here imo..
