you are really stretching it, as downrampers tend to do. You say they have ...."simply identified a potential buyer". The facts are that they identified this potential buyer, met with them and negotiated the terms required in an MOU.The MOU is currently being fleshed out into a sales contract which will include all of the appropriate terms.The target date to finalise the Sales Contract is Aug 31st. In the meantime they are gearing up their appraisal drilling program, AND holding discussions with potential Australian partners.These negotiations are sensitive and nothing will be said until a deal is over the line.
Your littel throw-away line is both wrong and misleading.
