I don't know. This stinks of down ramping. Those sell orders have just moved slowly downhill.
Just with an announcement saying that licence is imminent a quick down ramp to shake the tree would not surprise me. Then again Brexit has not helped the situation. I wonder how many of these sellers would pull the sale once the announcement comes through?
