Not a well loved one this PAN thread but the answer is simple. The mine will open when the SP reaches 60c IMO. Of course the NP will need to be pushing $Au17,000/t for the SP to push 60c. Slowly but surely. One thing is for certain, PAN will be the first of the Nickel miners to restart. Maybe on this current NP push, but who knows for sure. The probability of restart is all factored in to the SP.
