This Savannah issue is ticking me off no end. BMN just annouced a 40% increase in resource and gets sold down. I can only attribute that do the uncertainty of start up dates now..... BMN couldn't start mine construction at AA with this case still overhanging?!
Original court proceedings announcement states the following:
The proceedings seek:
1 An order reviewing and correcting or setting aside the decision taken by the Minister of
Mines and Energy in Namibia to grant Bannerman Namibia Licence EPL3345 with
exclusive mineral rights for the nuclear fuel group of minerals over the area covered by
Savanna's EPL3045;
2 alternatively orders that the decision by the Minister of Mines and Energy to grant
Bannerman Namibia EPL3345 be declared null and void;
Hows this for a strategy..
We'll give them point 1. This will ensure we keep Anomoly A and start digging the stuff out (as Point 2 is only an alternative to point 1) When we get some cashflow going the scums will have just started defining the resource...thats when BMN steps up and makes a hostile takeover. Will it work? Not ideal as we're paying something we owned......but we need Anomoly A in the bag!
