I just emailed the company and got a response saying Peter remains very positive about the outcome of the Savanna dispute. Unfortunately not much information can be given at this time as restricted by their lawyers but once affidavits are reviewed, a detailed analysis and opinion will be released to the market.
I am of the opinion that the whole thing is just a vain attempt by Savanna (theyve done it before!) that might even be thrown out before it even goes to court...
