Sproule wrote clearly wrote the email to say “stop defaming me when the report actually shows I am right”. The board hid behind the report and misdisclosed to the market it’s contents. It’s now been made public and I for one wil now look at my legal opinions against the incumbents. How anyone can read this report and then defend the course of actions they took I do not know.
take your glasses off. This storm is stil brewing and this board will be facing legal actions from shareholders. I hope the book is thrown at them.
