i will stand by my thoughts that the two directors resigning was entirely due to politics simply because Dixon was still heavily promoting the company and the project was still all is great after their resignations. If they left because Dixon or someone in the company was asking for a peer review, as they suspected the project would “significantly” going to run over costs, and Sproule disagreed then Dixon should be held accountable for misdirection. At that point in time he should have gone to the market with the truth.
