Maybe both figures are correct as they did sell parts of off the mill off. I don't think anyone can be blamed for Kin situation other than fact that tried to do to much to quick. Don had a time limit to do the DFS and get the funding. Impossible to do properly but did enough to get the funding. I'm sure if he stayed he would of done alot more work
here. Sprott did an accurate but conservative resource and consultants reviewed this only. Building a mill without approvals was risky and without doing sterilisation drilling of tailings area added another risk. Sproule should give Kin a fixed price for building the mill and get a bonus system based on recoveries. At the moment Kin is a sitting duck with gravy for a takeover and Kin knows it and are hence keeping a low profile and accumulating shares to keep control.
