@Sweetsound I always buy loose mushrooms, but then I often mix in the dried imported ones from Europe which contain all sorts of varieties from European forests - and - unfortunately - they come in plastic. I believe over in the Eastern States the High Country has all varieties of mushrooms. Have been to parts there, where mushrooms grew as big as small coffee tables . . . don't know if they are edible though - also saw the delicate purple-stemmed mushrooms which give you crazy dreams, have never tried them . . .
