    Been invested since IPO 15+years - had some good times early and for past 7 years, mainly challenging. Finally we turn the corner and our Board sells us out to US private equity for a pittance at $7.40 - Very disappointed as I’ve been to the Salisbury plant and saw first hand what that place can produce. Such a great asset - replacement cost would have to be $100m+ and an important infrastructure asset for Australia. I will have no hesitation in voting NO
