So as I see it, they actually only raised from the public $4000 and the rest came from the Bob Brown Foundation. Ouch SJ, that must really sting, not quite the overwhelming public support you keep claiming.
Presumably then BBF will stump up the money for the next two tranches too so this will now definitely go to court. Which raises the question of who is liable for costs and how much of that liability rest with the people who actually sit in the background and fund these appeals.
So as I see it, they actually only raised from the public $4000...
