If docs not supplied on time then surely that is grounds for dismissal of the appeal? Presumably the judiciary will take a harder line now this is becoming almost vexatious. The requirement for lodging costs etc might indicate a harder line? Then again I would have thought lodging the initial award amount $200k or whatever might also have been required before allowing this litigant to proceed further - clearly they will walk away from that obligation if they can. Abuse of process, surely.
