    its the worst experience ive ever had with a company

    the word is "contempt"

    a more generous explanation would be that they are actually ok people and their sense of shame is so great at their abysmal failure to deliver that they just cant show their faces anymore, but i think not

    arrogant, stupid, gutless would also be applicable
