Interested to know if any of the BMO holders have any comments on GGG. I hold GGG and she is mysteriously under suspension - the reasons of which I wonder may be related to today's announcement (?):

BMA Gold sees likely downgrade of Area 2 reserve
    11:10, Tuesday, 16 January 2007

Sydney - Tuesday - January 16: (RWE Aust Business News) - BMA
Gold (ASX:BMO) reports recent infill drilling at the 309 project,
Queensland, into the Area 2 ore body has resulted in a likely material
decrease in the reserve (197,000t at 21g/t gold for 133,000 ounces).
The impact of this downgrade on gold production in 2007 is
    currently under review.
Exploration potential at the 309 and surrounding region remains
    high.
BMA said work at Area 2 has resulted in a significant revision of
the understanding of the geological controls and has indicated that
mineralisation is substantially more complex and less continuous than
    formerly modelled.
It has now established that the upper part of the Area 2
mineralisation consists of a series of narrowm variably spaced quartz
veins of limited dimensions and continuity.
It is now considered likely that the recent work in progress will
result in a material downgrade of the Area 2 resource and therefore
    reserve.
The size of the downgrade is yet to be assessed, but it will
result in a significant reduction in production from Area 2 in
    2007.
In an effort to partly offset this shortfall in production and to
provide time to more fully drill Area 2, the company is now assessing the
possibility of bringing on production from the well defined, shallow but
lower grade Area 3 deposit, which is readily accessible from the
    extension of underground development.
The shortfall in production from Area 2 will impact cash
generation and any modified production plan will need to be approved
under the CBA debt funding facility.
December 2006 quarterly shipments of 4,482 ounces and 2006
calendar year shipments of 20,597 ounces were within forecast guidance
    levels.
Production to 31 December 2006 at 309 has been from the Area 1
ore body where 19,947oz of gold has been recovered and shipped (20,597 oz
    including ore purchases).
Approximately 2,000oz of gold is yet to be mined from the depth
extension of Area 1 and approximately 2,000, oz remain in the crown
    pillar.

Given that, The Three Sisters project comprises two areas combined into one exploration permit, EPM 14588, covering an area of 62 sub blocks totalling approximately 106km2 and one exploration permit application (EPM 15517) of 5 sub blocks totalling 14km2. These two blocks partially surround ground held by BMA Gold Limited (“BMA”) which encompasses the high grade 309 Deposit and Lone Sister identified gold mineralisation.

This area covers parts of the Devonian-aged Carboniferous Drummond Basin in central Queensland in which proven high-grade epithermal mineralisation is hosted by volcanic and sedimentary rock sequences. These mineralised structures are striking into The Gold Company’s leases. The epithermal mineralisation so far identified, has the potential to form part of a very much larger system that may host both base metal and other porphyry styles of mineralisation.

I then wonder if BMO has made an "offer".
