Well that's your choice and your gamble so enjoy now while you can and do whatever it takes for you to cope with ceasing existing after your last breath.
Some MAN-MADE religions teach 'complete nothing erased never have existed' once you die - hang you hat on that one if it helps you.
...
The Bible teaches your eternity will be in one of only two places :-
In GOD's presence OR NOT....
....
What is NOT like ?
Think of the most terrifying moment you have experienced.
Think of your biggest regret.
Think of the worst punishment you have received.
Think of the hate that has been aimed at you.
Think of that wish that was never granted.
Think of those most stressful events you have experienced.
Now start that thinking cycle again and again and again and again and again.
Think of that thought cycle never stopping and never ending that continues forever and ever and ever.
and that is only part of the never ending existence that The Bible teaches of for those who reject Christ.
..
Don't believe it then that's your choice and your gamble.
Hang your hat on what man teaches you about rejecting The Bible.
Hang your hat on The Bible being just fiction.
But what if it isn't ?
....
NOW THE GOOD STUFF..
Gods presence for eternity.
What's the happiest event you can remember ?
How did you feel during that event ?
If you knew it was going to happen, how did you feel leading up to it ?
When you learned something new and understood it well, what was that feeling like?
When you met and were with your sweetheart, remember those emotions you had ?
When something wonderful happened or about to happen to someone mega valuable to you, how did you feel ?
....
IF YOU HAD A CHOICE, WHICH WOULD YOU PICK FOR ETERNITY FOR YOURSELF OR SOMEONE CLOSE TO YOU ?
....
How do you get through door number 2 ?
Know in your heart and in your thoughts admit to Christ that you are a sinner as judged by The Bible.
Believe in your heart that Christ came to earth to die for you to save you from an eternity without Him.
Believe in your heart that Christ died and rose from the dead 3 days later as taught in The Bible.
In your thoughts ask Him for forgiveness of ALL your past, present AND FUTURE sin.
That is the SIMPLE GOSPEL that even a child can understand and THAT IS THE ONLY condition necessary to enter door number 2.
..
Don't like it ?
Don't believe it ?
Don't care ?
That's your choice, your gamble and door number 1 is waiting for you.
Don't believe that either ?
Then hang your hat on man-made religion or science and hope like crazy they are right
....
Either The Bible is right or not.
Not = there is nothing after the last breath of EVERYONE, no door 1 or 2.
Right = Door number 2 for believers and door number 1 for the rest.
..
Believers are ridiculous, fantasy land nutters, need medication, pathetic, deluded and more ?
But what if they are right ?
You will have forever to never forget.
..
Tell me again about deluded and pathetic

No, the Bible doesn't teach that. That is the nonsense that false religion often says the Bible teaches.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all , nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten.
(Ecclesiastes 9:10) Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom in the Grave, where you are going.
The Bible teaches there is however, a future hope for the dead.
(Acts 24:15) And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.
