great, i also spoke to a well known broker who will take a look at this now. meaning will take a look at how to re-capitalize this via equity. Equity holders never given a chance. The A40 board were shown a big rights issue recaplisation plan, but decided to go into VA. Just madness. stupidly they thought Korda's advice was correct, all Korda care about is fees. pressure of them in legal breach, what a horrible weak backbone the A40 board have !!! Only now they will discover they are in more shct if shareholders get nothing and we want blood......Its in the best interest for everybody to get together and re-start this thing.
