For the A40 shareholders that have yet to send an email to Kordamentha opposing the share transfer, please understand how critically important your role is in saving all our investments.

Your objection to the share transfer IS taken into consideration by the court. The greater the number opposing, the greater the chance we have of delaying/stopping the share transfer, allowing time for other solutions to be deployed to save our investments.

If you have not already done so, please send an email to Kordamentha , expressing your objection to the transfer of your shares. Your objections must be submitted to Kordamentha ASAP or by the 19th February 2020 (no later than 5 business days prior to the 24th February 2020 court hearing).
