You should have approached large holders first.

They would be the only ones with the capacity to restore this company back to shareholders. They are the ones with the most to lose. If they are not interested, then there is no way to achieve this.

Most retail holders are small investors - investing between $5k to $10k.

And in my personal experience, a large portion of these retailers are simply traders, going in for a punt, to make a quick gain, but unfortunately found themselves stuck by the suspension.

So it would not be worth it for them to put in another $5k to $10k to recapitalize this company. They simply move onto the next prospect on the horizon.

You might hear lots of bitching and whinning, but that is simply a lot of hot air.
